One of the best ramen I have ever eaten! I tried their classic ramen (the one on the right in their menu card) and it was delicious!!Once you finish your ramen, put rice in the soup left in the bowl (you have to tell the staff that you finished your ramen if you want to get the rice). The mix between the rice and the soup is just amazingly tasty!
Niboshi soup is tooo delicious..!!!!! Very good with katsuobushi!
Yummy!! I love the soup.
I made a business trip to Kumamoto after a long absence. I can't go out much, so I've been eating ramen for the first time in a while. Nostalgic soup stock and yuzu flavor. It's delicious. After that, the rice goes well again. But maybe it wasn't after the sake that it wasn't better than before.
It is soy sauce-flavored ramen with dried sardines, and it's great after drinking. The soup doesn't taste so strong as dried sardines, and the bonito flakes that are added after they are served add more complexity to the dashi stock. The noodles are chewy, and I think that it goes well with lightly-flavored ramen, and the toppings like roast pork and simmered eggs are also delicious, and I think the mizuna is also an accent. The soup is delicious even if you drink it as it is, but you can enjoy it with a different feeling by adding rice to the soup after eating noodles and sprinkling black Shichimi on top.Kumamoto ramen is also good, but recently I like ramen here.
